Addressing sleep at
its neurological source.

Non-pharmacological intervention
The program uses non-invasive neurostimulation without medication or chemical agents. This supports sleep restoration without altering brain chemistry through sedatives or creating pharmacological dependence.
Individually calibrated neurotechnology
Each session uses EEG-guided neurotechnology that adapts stimulation in real time to the individual brain. This helps restore the brain’s ability to generate the neural patterns required to initiate sleep efficiently.
Professionally supervised
protocol
All sessions are conducted under professional supervision within a structured clinical framework. Supervision ensures that neural responses are properly assessed and the intervention is precisely calibrated.
No lifestyle change
required
The intervention works independently of behavioral retraining or habit modification. It restores sleep function neurologically rather than relying on long-term compliance.
Short, structured
intervention
The program is delivered over a defined three-day protocol. This provides focused neural recalibration within a controlled timeframe.

Delivered in a Structured Daytime Institute Setting

Sessions take place between 8:30 and 16:00 over three consecutive days, with clients returning home each evening.

“It used to take me too long to fall asleep, my sleep was very light, and I mostly woke up tired and unprepared for my day. I now sleep longer, wake up energised, and feel much more productive at work. My friends and co-workers have all noticed the change in me”.

Marta, 35, Milano

Senior Data Science Specialist

“I used to sleep 4-5 hours a night, and was pretty productive at work. But I felt stressed and knew that I was harming my body. During the off-season I would nearly collapse, and had no energy to enjoy my vacations. I now sleep 6-7 hours a night and feel more energy during the day. I know I am treating my body and mind better”.

Imee, 60, Paris

Hospitality Chef

“The only way I could manage my sleeping problems was with Zopiclone on a regular basis, for years. And even that did not help me to wake up with enough energy. I also experienced tough side effects. After the SRP I slowly reduced my medication, and am now drug-free and sleeping great.”

Vered, 52, Tivon

Art Psychotherapist

“It used to be hard for me to unwind and fall asleep, which created sleep anxiety. All of that is gone now. I fall asleep quickly, and stay asleep longer. I feel healthier”.

Stefano, 65, Milano

Retired Senior Consultant,
serial board member.

Our experience in helping people improve their sleep

Since the fall of 2025 we have been treating clients as part of our pre-launch efforts. While Nyx Technologies, the headband inventors, has been focusing primarily on patients where insomnia is only one part of their condition (e.g. Parkinson or other conditions), Noxora and Lanserhof Sylt have been exclusively treating patients with no other serious medical conditions.

It was not a medical research program, but rather an initiative to gain experience in helping people in Europe who suffer from sleeping problems – too long to fall asleep, waking up multiple times during the night, or waking up too early – to improve their condition and gain better sleep. In aggregate, the results show:

80%

success rate

In our pre-launch evaluation program, 80% of the participants reported a meaningful improvement in their sleep, as measured by the improvement between the pre and post treatment medication-adjusted Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score. Satisfaction rates from the impact the program had on their sleep were similarly high, further verifying the positive impact of the treatment.

3 weeks

to feel a meaningful improvement

In our internal evaluation program the participants who felt a positive impact reported the change happened within 3 weeks on average. Nevertheless, for some participants the improvement can take up to 6 weeks to materialize.

Zero

adverse events

With the exception of rare mild skin irritation, or caffeine withdrawal headache symptoms, in over 600 stimulation sessions we performed, our clients have not reported a single case of adverse effects.

Is the Sleep Recovery
Program for you?

Answer a very short questionnaire to find out.
The Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) questionnaire is the standard used by many experts as a first step to assess sleep problems. It is a quick way to check how severe your sleeping issues might be.
Fill in the ISI and a few additional short questions to check if the Noxora Sleep Recovery Program might be relevant for you.
