The Noxora Sleep Recovery Program is a non-Non-pharmacological, non-invasive sleep enhancement protocol delivered at Noxora Sleep Restoration Centers.
The program uses Personalized Adaptive Neurostimulation (PAN), a technology licensed from Nyx Ltd., to gently guide the brain toward natural sleep rhythms.
The treatment is designed for adults seeking a safe, supervised approach to improving their sleep.
Purpose of the Program
Sleep difficulties such as insomnia can significantly affect health and daily functioning. Traditional treatments often rely on medications that may cause side effects or dependency.
The purpose of the Noxora Sleep Recovery Program is to support the brain’s natural sleep processes through gentle neuromodulation.
The treatment aims to improve sleep quality and help participants fall asleep more easily by encouraging healthy neural sleep rhythms.
How the Program Works
The program uses Personalized Adaptive Neurostimulation (PAN) delivered through a specialized headband device. The headband contains dry EEG sensors that monitor brainwave activity in real time. Based on this activity, the system delivers low-intensity electrical stimulation to the scalp.
This method is known as transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS). The stimulation is designed to encourage brainwave patterns associated with sleep initiation. The treatment is non-invasive, meaning no needles, surgery, or medication are involved.
Closed-Loop Personalization
The PAN system operates as a closed-loop neurostimulation system. This means the device continuously measures brain activity and adjusts stimulation parameters accordingly. The system identifies the frequencies that help the individual brain transition into sleep-related activity, such as theta wave patterns associated with sleep onset. By adapting to each participant’s neural patterns, the treatment is personalized rather than standardized.
Session Structure
The Sleep Recovery Program includes 15 neurostimulation sessions over three consecutive days, with five sessions per day. Each session lasts 75-90 minutes, including 30min with the headband, and 45-60 mins rest. It follows a cycle of monitoring brain activity via EEG, applying gentle, personalized stimulation, and allowing rest for natural response.
Participants remain comfortably reclined throughout, with no active effort required.
Supporting Program Modules
In addition to the neurostimulation sessions, the program includes several supportive components designed to improve comfort and reinforce sleep-supportive conditions.
Neuro Sleep Assessment
The program begins with an initial consultation and questionnaires to understand the participant’s sleep patterns and medical background. This assessment helps personalize the treatment approach.
Mind State Module
Guided sessions intended to calm mental overactivity and reduce intrusive thoughts.
Sleep Foundations Module
Participants receive information about sleep physiology, insomnia mechanisms, and how neurotechnology can support sleep improvement.
Neural Regulation Module
Breathing therapy and short relaxation phases designed to reduce hyper-arousal and support nervous system regulation.
A short screening to determine if the program is appropriate for you.
Answer a very short questionnaire to find out. The Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) questionnaire is the standard used by many experts as a first step to assess sleep problems. It is a quick way to check how severe your sleeping issues might be. Fill in the ISI and a few additional short questions to check if the Noxora Sleep Recovery Program might be relevant for you.
